Full Body Muscle Growth Program
Over the course of the last 2.5 years I have gained nearly 50 pounds of pure muscle using a mixed exercise program that I created on my own. I am a former division 1 track and cross country athlete, as well as a first team All-American in track and field who knows an extensive amount in regards to optimizing the fitness, performance, and aesthetics of the human body. I have designed a program that works for the working individual who has limited gym time, as well as an individual who may have all the time in the world to exercise. My mission is to eliminate poor self-image related to physicality in as many people as I can possibly reach, as well as optimize the fitness of those who may have reached a roadblock in their journey.
